What I ate today: Baguette, buttered, with sliced radish
Channeling Jacques Pepin:
Crisp red radishes, sliced, and served with butter on fresh baguette, with a light sprinkle of
fleur de sel
and fresh pepper.
I don't know who originally came up with this, but it is absolutely delicious.
